Whats the Shipping time for bundles and accessories?
Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24 hour payment processing period between that day & the following business day. Once your payment clears, your business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with on the 4/5 business day. Shipping takes an additional 1-3 days which gives you a total of 5-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Expedited shipping is only 2-4 business days. Which will ship straight from our factory in China.

whats the shipping time for wig orders?
Once your wig order is placed, there is a mandatory 24 hour payment processing period between that day and the following business day. All custom wig orders are shipped out on 1-3 day shipping after processing time.
Processing time for wig orders are 1-2 weeks.
IN A RUSH? If you are in a hurry or last min planning, you may be eligible for a rush fee invoice. MUST ORDER AT LEAST TO 1 WEEK AHEAD OF YOUR DUE DATE!

Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Hair bundles and accessories returns are welcomed with full refunds if the merchandise is returned in the same way it was recieved, items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, With tags and wrapping still attached. After 30 days, we are no longer liable to provide refunds.
You will also be responsible for a reshipment fee to reship the order. Reshipment fee is $5 that will be deducted from total refund or if exchanging payable to CashApp $LameishaLLC or paypal email@example.com. Be sure to leave your order number in the “for” section and send us confirmation of it.
All wig sales are final. All discounted items are final sale. If any mistakes on our end you can contact customer service to receive additional information on returns/exchanges.
